• Student full name, date of birth, and current academic level or school
• Residential address for billing records and course material delivery
• Records of academic performance, attendance, and placement test outcomes

All collected data is processed strictly for legitimate educational and administrative purposes:

• Processing course enrollment, scheduling classes, and assigning teachers
• Sending progress reports, attendance updates, and emergency notifications to parents
• Managing tuition invoices, payment receipts, and administrative inquiries
• Delivering optional center news, academic events, and seasonal workshops (only where prior consent has been granted)

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:

• All electronic transmissions containing personal records are encrypted using TLS protocols
• Physical documents, such as registration paper records, are stored in locked archives accessible only to authorized staff

ROBO English does not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data of parents or students to any external commercial entities. Data may only be disclosed under limited conditions:

• When required to comply with applicable Vietnamese legal statutes or formal regulatory requests
• To protect the safety, vital rights, or security of students and center personnel in urgent circumstances
• With certified educational partners (such as examination boards for IELTS or Cambridge assessments) solely for official test registration requested by parents
