Tuition and payment policy

Tuition fees at ROBO English are calculated and billed on a per-course or per-term basis depending on the enrolled program (Preschool, Primary, Secondary, Communication, or IELTS Preparation).

Tuition must be completed in full at least seven (7) business days before the official course start date to secure class placement and learning materials.

For programs with multi-term commitments, installment arrangements or term-by-term billing milestones must follow the payment timeline confirmed during initial enrollment.

Withdrawal requests submitted at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the first scheduled class session are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition paid, minus a standard administrative processing fee.

Withdrawal requests submitted between thirteen (13) and three (3) calendar days before course commencement are eligible for an 80% tuition refund or a 100% credit transfer valid for up to six months.

Once a course begins, tuition fees are non-refundable. In cases of certified medical emergencies or relocation with verified documentation, families may request a course deferral or credit freeze for up to one calendar year.

Enrollments pending payment within seven (7) days of class commencement are subject to release to waitlisted candidates to ensure standardized class sizes.

In the event of an authorized payment deferral, payments delayed beyond the agreed due date may incur a nominal administrative late fee of 1.5% per week on the outstanding balance.

ROBO English reserves the right to temporarily pause student attendance and online learning platform access until overdue balances are reconciled.
